How many servers are still down?

The status page is saying everyone should be up, but thats just not true. How many people are still without their servers? How many support requests have come in regarding servers still being down?

Customer services had no idea when my ticket would be looked at so hopefully this bumps it a little - ticket 592955 regarding server 1473. I put it in at 8.30 this morning.

Hi

At present there are still about 25-30 servers still experiencing problems.

The server it's self is working, the problem seems to be with the network interface

We are working as quickly as possible to rectify these and hopefully we should have a further update for you shortly. Unfortunately each server is taking about 30 mins to rectify.

Status updates are been posted on line at http://www.xcalibre.co.uk/status/status.php every hour.

Once the issues have all been resolved we will be publishing a full detailed report of the incident.

2/2 Down - Both Centos 5 btw

21 hours, still no ETA, and the beloved status page still not showing us any useful information

30 servers down, taking 30 minutes to get get each back is 15 hours. Does that mean my server will be back shortly after midnight?

As an aside, the status page hasn't been updated since lunchtime...

Unfortunately recovering some of the last servers did take a lot longer then envisaged, and I sincerely apologise for that. I will be making a post in the announcements section shortly detailing exactly what we are doing as a response to the ongoing issues we've had.
