Since I signed up to flexiscale the control panel has become unresponsive on a number of occassions. Right now, I can't even log in - it just times out. :(
Anyone else have this issue?

"Database Error", it says.
It also says that the developers have been informed.
Anyone have any idea how I can get in touch with them?
cheers,
Jake.

Hello
There was problems connecting to the control panel last night between 7.30pm and 9pm.
It's worth keeping a check at http://www.xcalibre.co.uk/status/status.php as this will give you an update on any issues.
At present this is not accessible directly on the Flexiscale web site but this is something we are looking into.

Thanks Diane, I wasn't aware of that status page.
Is there an RSS feed (or even twitter account) that I can follow that will keep me up to date with status announcements?

Er, why don't you just add it to the website then? 2 minute job, surely?

Hi
At present it's not top priority to add this to the Flexiscale web site when the information is already accessible on the XCalibre site and via your control panel (unless there are control panel issues).
I am working on a project to create a whole Flexiscale and XCalibre community where all the information will be brought together in 1 place which will include status updates via status pages, Twitter, RSS feeds etc.
As with a lot of things this takes time to put together but it is starting to take shape and I'm hoping that this could be rolled out in the the new year.
I would appreciate comments and feedback on this idea as it's for the benefit of customers and I'd rather implement something you want rather than something I think you would like.
Feel free to email me directly
Diane

Given the problems you've been having with your control panel (and given that many people will not even be aware of flexiscale's parent company), I would have thought that putting a link to the status page would be top priority at the moment. It would stop people like me having to bother your support team for the current status when you're probably very busy trying to fix stuff.
2 minutes well spent, I'd have thought.
