Cannot access VLAN

I've just lost all connectivity to my Flexiscale box -- can't ping it, ssh to it, and my website visitors can't connect. This server was fine after you started rebooting them at the end of August and for the past ten days has been flying along

Hmm, it has just come back. Was this one of the reboots that you mentioned on yesterday's status page? I wish I had been forewarned if it was!

No it wasn't, although it was the same type of problem but on a different node. All customers that were/are affected will be e-mailed shortly to confirm this.
