Hello,
We decided the evaluate the Flexiscale service, to see if it can fit some of our production needs. Started off by registering and depositing the much required 10 pounds.
Then went on the control panel and created a new instance of a W2K3 server. It took a bit more than 4 minutes for the server to declare itself as running. Not bad for a brand new server.
It all seemed great, and we moved on to try and log in via RDP using the IP address shown on the control panel. No luck. Tried to ping it. No luck. Looked for any sort of documentation on the website and forums, maybe a "for dummies guide", as we were beginning to feel like dummies. Couldn't find any.
Shut down the server. Opened A a ticket. Waiting for help.
Thanks,

P.S. You really ought to get a "getting started" guide out there and some technical documentation in a visible place - it's kind of a bare minimum for an online "no intervention required" hosting service
