Signup Freeze?

how do i start using this service?
I filled up the signup form twice around 10 days back but till date nobody has got back to me.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

An email reply was sent to you the same day, I would advise checking any spam filtering you have to see if it has gone there.

Alternatively send an email to flexiscale@xcalibre.co.uk with alternate contact details and someone will get back to you.

I tried with two different ids' 9including one gmail id) but did not get any emails.
I have mailed at the above id gtom my gmail account.
Hopefully i will get the accoutn details this time.
